Sergey joined Skuld in May 2006 as Vice President. In September 2007 he was named Head of Moscow office. Sergey has a specialist degree from Moscow Finance Academy and from MSLA (Moscow State Law Academy). He has also served with Marsh Moscow Marine department and earlier for the insurance company Rossia as cargo underwriter.

Arina was appointed Office Manager in 2011.She has a Bachelor of Management and Engineering in astronautical and rocket science. Arina has previously worked for insurance broker, OMEGA , specialising in marine insurance.
