Collaboration and teamwork are essential to Skuld’s success. I work closely with colleagues across the organisation to align on shared goals and coordinate our efforts. As the sole person holding this role in HK Branch, I greatly appreciate the support I receive from head office. This support is invaluable for me to be able to effectively perform my duties. By leveraging the diverse skillsets and perspectives of our team, we are able to tackle even the most complex challenges and deliver exceptional results for the company. Strong teamwork is a cornerstone of how we operate at Skuld. I have the flexibility I need to manage my daily work, which helps reduce stress during hectic times while handling claims. It is also very encouraging to see that Skuld offers training initiatives to young employees to enhance their competence and skills. I have significantly enhanced my knowledge and work skills through the professional support of my esteemed colleagues in head office and branch offices around the world. I am delighted to showcase and provide Skuld’s high quality insurance service to the Japanese and Korean members/ markets, thanks to the tremendous help from my colleagues.
