For Skuld, the goal is to reduce administration and free up time and resources to be spent on more complex cases. This is an important next step in building Skuld's digital capabilities as an innovative and customer focused marine insurer.
Illness and injury claims
For now, the solution is tailored for crew illness and injury claims. However, we hope to expand to other claim types and products at a later stage.
The tool may be used for registration purposes for all crew claims, but large and complex cases which require investigation, loss mitigation measures and legal representation will continue to be handled manually by our experienced claims handlers.
To access the logged-in area
To submit a crew claim, log in at the top of the page. If you, as a Skuld P&I member or broker or as a Fixed P&I or Charterer client, have not already received log-in access, please contact your Skuld representative.
